ADMIRAL Consortium Meeting in Espoo, Finland
Bringing together partners from across the consortium, the Final ADMIRAL Partner meeting provided an important opportunity to reflect on achievements, align on final activities, and prepare for the project’s legacy beyond its official duration. It also took partners back to the place where the project had kicked off almost 3 years ago.
Reflecting on progress and key achievements
Throughout the meeting, partners reviewed the progress made across all activities, from the development of innovative digital solutions to the implementation of pilot activities across Europe. Particular attention was given to:
- Integration of solutions into the ADMIRAL multimodal marketplace
- Outcomes and impact of pilot demonstrations across ADMIRAL’s 4 pilots
- Validation of digital tools supporting sustainable and efficient logistics operations e.g. in terms of optimized route scheduling and GHG emission calculation
Finalising results and ensuring lasting impact
As the project approaches its conclusion, discussions focused on finalising key outputs and ensuring that ADMIRAL’s results continue to create value beyond the project’s lifetime.
While the Final Consortium Meeting marks the closing phase of ADMIRAL, it also opens the door to future opportunities. The knowledge generated, tools developed, and partnerships established will continue to support innovation in logistics and transport.
