ADMIRAL Partner Meeting in Stuttgart – Strengthening Collaboration and Driving Green Logistics Forward

The ADMIRAL consortium gathered for its 7th in-person Partner Meeting, this time in Stuttgart, Germany, where partners from across Europe came together to discuss progress, exchange ideas, and chart the next steps toward sustainable and innovative logistics solutions.

Day 1 – Creative Collaboration and New Insights

The meeting began with a warm welcome to the consortium’s new Project Officer, Dr. Katerina Deliali, whose presence added a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the ongoing work.

Throughout the first day, partners shared recent developments across work packages and engaged in interactive workshops designed to foster creative, forward-thinking approaches to ADMIRAL’s key objectives. These sessions encouraged collaboration across disciplines and helped identify new pathways to enhance the project’s impact.

The consortium also had the pleasure of welcoming a guest presentation from the TRACE Horizon Project, which provided valuable insights and inspiration for future synergies in sustainable transport and logistics.

To close the day, the partners enjoyed an authentic Swabian-style dinner, strengthening personal and professional connections over traditional German food and hospitality.

A special thanks goes to Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, who organised and hosted the event in Stuttgart with great care and dedication.

Day 2 – Focus on Pilot Activities and Real-World Impact

The second day was dedicated to one of ADMIRAL’s most crucial components – the pilot activities. Partners reviewed progress, shared lessons learned, and collaboratively discussed strategies to further optimise and scale the pilot implementations across Europe.

Following an intense morning of discussions, participants took the opportunity to explore the Neckarhafen port in Stuttgart through a guided tour, discovering the port’s history and its importance for regional and European logistics.

The meeting concluded on a festive note at the Stuttgart Oktoberfest, where partners celebrated the project’s achievements and the strong spirit of cooperation that continues to drive ADMIRAL forward.
